Complaints
It’s a Wrap! takes its relationship with our customers very seriously. If you have a complaint please let us know within 28 days. e-mail us: itsawraplondon@yahoo.co.uk please put in the subject header COMPLAINT. All complaints must be received within 28 days of placing your order- NO exceptions will be made. Our goal is to put our customers first, and we aim to resolve any complaint within 5 working days.
Delivery
Please let us know if your order is required by a certain date and we will do our very best to help you receive it in time. Please always quote your order number in all correspondence.
We offer 2 options for delivery on our most popular items.
Standard Delivery: You will receive your order within 21 working days
Express Delivery: You will receive your order within 3-5 working days
We will do our upmost to meet these times but all other Terms & Conditions apply as laid out on this site.
We provide a fast and friendly delivery service. We will aim to despatch orders within 36 hours of receipt(Mon-Fri) but please allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Any items that we have any problems with we will try to get to you as soon as possible but hopefully within 30 working days. If your item does not reach you after we have sent it cases will be dealt with on an individual basis but we do not retain responsibility once your order has been dispatched. Any shortages or non delivery of items must be notified within 30 days of placing the order.
It's a Wrap is not responsible for loss or non delivery of orders due to incorrect delivery details submitted by customers. Please double check your confirmed order when it's emailed to you as we are not liable for any mistakes entered by the customer. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
5.95 (GBP) will be charged for shipping & handling of each order within the UK.
Please note Northern Ireland is also charged at the mainland UK rate of 5.95 (GBP).
International orders: Will be sent first class recorded air mail (except for large or heavy items). Europe & USA- 3-7 Days. Rest of the World- 3-10 Days.
All delivery times are approximate and subject to change. It's A Wrap's decision is final.
Returns
Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase (if the item is faulty, defective or you have just changed your mind!) you must return it to us unused and in its original condition including packaging within 21 days of placing your order for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. If the item is faulty we will refund the full cost of the item. For any other reason we will refund the full cost of the item less a 10% handling charge. You are responsible for all postage costs on returned items. It is your responsibility to make sure that all returned items are packed and posted carefully to avoid any damage.
CD collections cannot be returned once opened.
For reasons of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned unless proven faulty at the time of purchase.
