We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible but please allow 21 working days to receive your order for standard delivery and 3-5 working days for express delivery.

Delivery
Please let us know if your order is required by a certain date and we will do our very best to help you receive it in time. Please always quote your order number in all correspondence.
We offer 2 options for delivery on our most popular items.
Standard Delivery: You will receive your order within 21 working days
Express Delivery: You will receive your order within 5-7 working days
We will do our utmost to meet these times but all other Terms & Conditions apply as laid out on this site.
It's a Wrap is not responsible for loss or non delivery of orders due to incorrect delivery details submitted by customers. Please double check your confirmed order when it is emailed to you as we are not liable for any mistakes entered by the customer. No refunds will be issued in these circumstances.
£6.95 (GBP) will be charged for shipping & handling of each order within the UK.
Please note Northern Ireland is also charged at the mainland UK rate of £6.95 (GBP).
International orders: Will be sent by air mail (except for large or heavy items).

Returns
Our returns policy is simple. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or you have simply changed your mind, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund. Goods returned to us because of a change of heart must be unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (including product packaging, instructions, etc.)Please note that CD collections cannot be returned once opened.
Please complete and enclose the Returns Form enclosed with your order with the item you are sending back.
The cost of postage for returned unwanted items must be borne by you. Please make sure that all returned items are packed and posted carefully to avoid any damage.
We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage at the time of sending.

Under the European Distance Selling Regulations (DSRs), customers in the European Union that cancel a contract for purchase of an item(s) within 7 days of receipt of their order will receive a refund for the cost of the item(s) and the cost of sending the item to you, provided that the entire order is being returned. If the item(s) returned is part of a larger order, then no delivery charge is refunded.
If you return an item because of an error on our part, or it is defective, we will happily refund the cost of the item and your costs in returning it to us.

Please read the information and look at the photo to make sure this is the item you would like and select it. Then on the order page your item will appear in your basket. You can add to your basket as you go or remove items if you change your mind.

How long will my order take?
We normally dispatch orders the same day they were ordered. (Except weekends and Bank Holidays) But if an item is not in stock then it is normally sent to you within 30 days (max), usually 7-10 days.

Average Delivery Times:
We provide a fast and friendly delivery service. We will aim to despatch most of our orders within 36 hours of receipt (Mon-Fri) but please allow up to 21 days for delivery. Any items that are out of stock or have any problems we will try to get these to you as soon as humanly possible but definitely within 30 days although we aim for 7-10 days normally.

Here you can go shopping as you wish but without paying a thing! Pick all of your favourite items that you would like to be given then email your list to whoever you would like to buy them for you and they’ll have some guidance! Or print off your list from your order and give it to them for a more direct, yet subtle(!) approach.
